Privacy Policy
Last updated October 24, 2026
PanoCash is a budgeting app for the web and iPhone. This policy covers what it collects and what it does with it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and profile picture, from sign-up or from Google or Apple if you sign in with them.
- What you enter: workspaces, accounts, buckets, budgets and transactions, and the email addresses of people you invite.
- Technical data: such as IP address and device type, which our providers log to run and secure the service.
We use no analytics, advertising or tracking. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in.
How we use it
Only to run PanoCash: to sign you in, store and show your budgets, share a workspace with the people you invite, and email you about invitations and activity in your workspaces. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
- Members of a workspace, and people invited to it, see its name and each other's names and email addresses. Members also see its data.
- The providers that run PanoCash for us: Clerk (sign-in), Convex (database), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email), and Google or Apple if you sign in with them.
- Anyone the law requires us to disclose it to.
Our providers use your data only to provide their service to PanoCash, and protect it as this policy does.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your data while you have an account. To delete your account and its data, email support@panocash.com. Copies in backups may last a short time after deletion.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored with our providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee yours will be.
Children
PanoCash is not for children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Using PanoCash after a change means you accept it.
