By using PanoCash you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use it.
Your account and data
- You're responsible for your account, and for what you and the people you invite enter.
- What you enter stays yours. You let us store and process it to run PanoCash.
- Don't misuse PanoCash: no breaking the law, no attacking or overloading it, and no getting at other people's data.
Not financial advice
PanoCash tracks budgets you enter. It isn't financial, tax or legal advice, and it doesn't hold or move money.
Changes and ending
We may change, suspend or end PanoCash, or your access to it, at any time. You can stop using it whenever you like. We may update these terms, and using PanoCash after a change means you accept them.
No warranty
PanoCash is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be error-free or always available, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, money or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before it and US$50. You agree to cover our costs from claims caused by your misuse of PanoCash.
